Call for short abstracts for poster presentations

The 31st Meeting of Computational Linguistics in The Netherlands (CLIN 31) which takes place on July 9, 2021 has been moved to a virtual format. We are pleased to announce that we received a high number of extended abstract submissions to CLIN31. We will review the submissions in the coming weeks. Based on the decision of the organizing committee, accepted abstracts will be presented as oral presentations or posters (notification by May 12).

With the move to a fully virtual event, we welcome additional submissions for poster presentations. Researchers are invited to submit short abstracts in English of up to 300 words (excluding references) describing work on all aspects of computational linguistics and language & speech technologies and applications. We especially welcome contributions that focus on Dutch language processing (and its applications).

Submissions should include:

  • Name, affiliation and contact details of each author
  • Presentation title and short abstract of up to 300 words
  • Keywords

Abstracts must be submitted no later than May 31, 2021 through the CLIN 31 submission platform (EasyChair) and will be reviewed by the organisation committee. The authors of the accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a full paper for Volume 11 of the CLIN Journal.
